Winchester Beach, Sicamous

Winchester Beach Park and Boat Launch are located in the picturesque beachfront neighborhood known as Swansea Point, which is located on Mara Lake, British Columbia. It is situated a few minutes from the beach town of Sicamous in the Shuswap region of BC. Winchester Beach is one of seven public beach access points at Swansea Point. It features a boat launch, a dock, and a beautiful pearly white sand beach. The beach is great for swimming, kayaking, and SUP paddle boarding and is the perfect spot to spend the day having a family picnic or a beach BBQ.

Canterbury Road Community Park, Sicamous

Canterbury Road Community Park provides beachgoers with access to scenic Mara Lake which is located in the Swansea Point neighborhood of Sicamous, British Columbia. The park is small and as such, it is not loaded with amenities but does have a small parking lot, a beach volleyball net, picnic tables, and most importantly a wonderful white sand beach overlooking Mara Lake. This beach is the perfect place to go for a swim, launch a kayak or SUP paddleboard, and is one of seven lake access points on Swansea Point, so finding somewhere to relax for the day shouldn’t be a problem.

Swanson Community Park, Sicamous

Swanson Community Park is one of seven convenient Mara Lake beach access points that are located in the scenic Swansea Point neighborhood just outside of the town of Sicamous, British Columbia. The park is an excellent and secluded little beach to claim as your own for the day and features several amenities that make it a good spot for family picnics. Amenities include an outhouse, a playground, garbage, and a nice sandy beach that has great views of Sicamous and Mara Lake. It is also a great place to go floating, kayaking, or SUP paddleboarding.

Two Mile Beach, Sicamous

Two Mile Beach is located near the beautiful lake town of Sicamous in the scenic Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. It is one of Mara Lake’s many gorgeous white-sand public beaches. It is not very well-known to tourists, nor is it busy like some of the more popular beaches such as Sicamous Beach Park and it doesn’t have any kind of amenities aside from a picnic table and a small parking lot. But what this beach lacks in amenities it makes up for in peace and quiet, as well as wonderful white sand and clear water. Also, the fact that Two Mile Beach is quite large makes it easy to find your own private spot to lay in the warm summer sun

Westminster Community Park, Sicamous

Westminster Community Park is one of seven beaches that is located in the lakeside Sicamous neighborhood know as Swansea Point. It features a beautiful white sand beach looking out onto the gorgeous Mara Lake in the Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. The park has all the amenities including an outhouse, picnic tables, charcoal BBQ pits, and a rustic bar table for four made by a local using a tree.

Westminister Community Park is the perfect place to bring the family for the day and have a beach BBQ or just to go swimming, SUP paddleboarding, or kayaking.

Oxford Road Community Park, Sicamous

Oxford Road Community Park is located in the beautiful little beach community known as Swansea Point on Mara Lake, British Columbia. It is just a few minutes driving south from the adventure-filled town of Sicamous in the Shuswap region of BC. It is one of seven small public beaches at Swansea Point and features two picnic tables, a small playground, an outhouse, and complimentary lifejackets for children. As with most of the beaches on Mara Lake, it has fine white sand and fantastic crystal clear water which is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and SUP paddleboarding. The beach is the perfect spot to spend the day having a family picnic or a beach BBQ.

Mara Provincial Park is a popular 5.9-hectare day-use park that is situated along the gorgeous Mara Lake in the Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. It is located just south of the picturesque little resort town of Sicamous, BC. It features a large beach with powdery fine white sand and is ideal for family picnics, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and launching a boat. The park has plenty of space and there are several picnic tables that are perfect for family beach BBQs.
