Slip Day Park, Silverton, British Columbia

Kin Beach, Vernon

Kin Beach is a large sandy beach that is situated at the head of popular Okanagan Lake and on the outskirts of the city of Vernon in the North Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. It is one of the main tourist attractions in Vernon and features a long stretch of white sand, a big playground for the kids, washroom facilities, gazebos for large family gatherings, bbq fire pits, picnic tables, and benches. The area around the beach has a campground called Sandy Beach Campground as well as a concession with ice cream and food.

McCreight Road Beach, Lake Country

McCreight Road Beach is yet another gem of the Okanagan Valley’s Lake Country community and one of many gorgeous beaches and parks along the scenic drive known as Carrs Landing Road. The beach itself is very private and is essentially hidden unless you know where to look. There is no signage indicating where the beach is located but just find McCreight Road off of Carrs Landing and you will easily spot the beach.
