Grindrod Park is a beach access point that is located in the North Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. The park is situated next to a bridge in the downtown area of Grindrod, a small village of around 1,450 people. The park features access to the Shuswap River and has amenities like a playground, and a picnic area. Shuswap River Picnic Area, Cherryville

Situated along Highway 6 of the Okanagan Valley in the village of Cherryville, British Columbia is a beautiful day-use park called the Shuswap River Picnic Area. The park makes an excellent stopover for road-trippers making the journey from the Okanagan Valley to the Kootenays region and at certain times of the year when the water is low visitors can even jump in and cool off in the crystal clear Shuswap River.

Beaver Lake, Okanagan Valley

Beaver Lake is situated on a high alpine plateau in the popular Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. It is just one of many picturesque bodies of water that make up a chain of high mountain lakes. The lake sits at an elevation of approximately 4,600 ft / 1,400 m and is around 30 minutes from the town of Winfield in Lake Country as well as the Kelowna International Airport (KLW). King Edward Lake

King Edward Lake is a gorgeous body of water that is situated in the high alpine Aberdeen Plateau in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. The lake has an elevation of 1,358 meters and is just one of many lakes that are located on the plateau. King Edward Lake is about 30 minutes drive from the city of Vernon and is an excellent place to get away from the busier lakes at the bottom of the valley.
