About Exotic island (Cayoya Island)

For an escape from the hustle and bustle that El Nido typically has, we highly recommend checking out the less touristy areas of San Vicente or Port Barton. Both of these places are extremely gorgeous in their own right and offer up worthwhile activities and attractions. This is where you will be able to take a tour out to breathtaking Exotic Island.

The Exotic Island part of your tour actually features two islands Maxima (Albaguen Island) and Exotic that meet just under the surface of the water creating a picturesque lagoon and sand bar that is perfect for snorkeling and swimming.

The name Exotic island is essentially just a marketing tactic for local island hopping tours and it is actually called Cayoya Island while Maxima is called Albaguen Island. Cayoya is mostly uninhabited, while Albaguen has a village and a resort called the Blue Cove Island Resort.
