Playa Camarones, Puerto Vallarta
Playa Camarones (Shrimp Beach) is one of the most popular beaches in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and lies on the beautiful coast of the Bay of Banderas. This long stretch of sand extends to the north and marks the beginning of Jalisco’s most famous tourist spot, which is known as the Malecon. The Malecon boasts a vibrant feel and provides access to many shops, bars, and restaurants.
Playa Camarones is an excellent sunbathing beach where visitors can enjoy a plethora of food and drinks at the bars, restaurants, and vendors that line the beach. There are plenty of different watersport activities to enjoy as well, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, and paddleboarding. The beach is also a favorite for sitting and watching the gorgeous sunsets that occur nearly every evening.
