About Whitepoint Beach, BC

Whitepoint Beach lies on the outskirts of the city of Vernon in the lovely Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, and sits on the edge of the gorgeous Okanagan Lake. The drive out to the beach is a spectacular one and takes you along Okanagan Landing where there are multi-million dollar lakefront houses, along with public beaches and coves that are great for swimming and family picnics.

The beach itself is fairly small and has very few amenities, aside from a picnic table, and a garbage can. This public park also has two small beaches as well as a rocky cove that is great for cooling off in the warm Okanagan Lake water. Whitepoint Beach provides visitors with scenic views looking across the lake at Adventure Bay and Westside Road, which takes you to Kelowna.
