The condo also has a great patio with excellent views overlooking a golf course and the pool area where you can watch brilliant sunsets on a nightly basis. The condo is tastefully decorated with modern artwork and has a fairly modern feel.
On the outside, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and feature gorgeous tropical gardens with many varieties of plants and flowers. The pool area is spectacular and in terms of size is a whopping 100 meters (328 feet) long rivaling the pools of many of the top 5-star resorts in the area. This outdoor paradise is also equipped with two jacuzzis and a convenient towel service.

The area surrounding the Condiminios Balancan is great for morning walks and there are restaurants and shopping within a few minutes. The condo is also only 10-15 minutes from the ocean where you will find two picturesque stretches of sand, Playa Varadero to the north and Playa Vidanta to the south.
The Condominio Balancan is very safe and has security that runs 24 hours a day which includes a large gate where they check anybody coming to the resort.
